Purpose

This Abuse Policy defines prohibited activities and unacceptable behaviour related to the use of Rehab-Software, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Strategic Ventures. The purpose of this policy is to protect users, patients, systems, and data from misuse, harm, and unlawful activities.

Scope

This policy applies to all users, customers, administrators, and any individual accessing Rehab-Software and its related services. It covers all uploaded data, documents, and system interactions. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for continued use of the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or lawful use of the platform. Prohibited activities include unauthorised access to systems or accounts, attempts to bypass security controls, introduction of malware or harmful code, and excessive automated requests that disrupt service availability.

Users are prohibited from misusing data by uploading information without proper authorisation, accessing patient or user data without permission, sharing confidential information unlawfully, or using data for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited. This includes impersonating individuals or organisations, providing false registration or identity information, and misusing credentials or access rights.

Illegal or harmful use of the platform is not permitted. This includes using Rehab-Software for unlawful activities, violating healthcare, privacy, or data protection laws, uploading offensive or discriminatory content, and harassing or threatening other users.

Abuse of artificial intelligence and automation features is prohibited. Users must not manipulate AI systems to generate misleading outputs, rely on AI for unauthorised medical conclusions, or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or exploit system resources.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, ensuring lawful and ethical use of the platform, obtaining necessary patient consent, training staff on responsible system use, and promptly reporting suspected abuse or violations.

Monitoring and Detection

Strategic Ventures reserves the right to monitor system usage for security, compliance, and operational integrity. The company may investigate suspected policy violations using automated and manual review mechanisms. All monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Reporting Abuse

Any suspected abuse, security incidents, or policy violations should be reported through the contact information provided below. Reports should include relevant details, timestamps, and supporting evidence, where possible, to help facilitate a proper investigation.

Enforcement Actions

In cases of confirmed abuse, Strategic Ventures may issue warnings or corrective notices, temporarily suspend access, permanently terminate accounts, restrict system features, or report violations to legal or regulatory authorities. Enforcement actions are taken at the company’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

No Waiver

Failure by Strategic Ventures to enforce any provision of this policy at any time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.

Policy Updates

This Abuse Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of Rehab-Software after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law

This Abuse Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
