Use of Rehab-Software trademarks without prior written authorisation is prohibited in company, product, domain, or social media names, in modified or altered logos, in misleading, deceptive, or defamatory contexts, in ways that imply endorsement or partnership without approval, in connection with unlawful activities, or in registrations of confusingly similar trademarks.

Brand Presentation Standards

When using permitted trademarks, users must use official and unaltered logos and names, follow any provided brand guidelines, maintain appropriate spacing and proportions, ensure visual clarity, and avoid distortion or unauthorized color changes. Unauthorised design variations are not permitted.

Use in Digital and Online Media

Use of Rehab-Software trademarks on websites, applications, advertisements, and social media platforms must clearly identify the user as independent from Strategic Ventures, avoid creating confusion regarding ownership, and not misrepresent product capabilities or compliance status. The use of trademarks in meta tags, keywords, or hidden text is prohibited.

Nominative Fair Use

Limited use of Rehab-Software trademarks is permitted under applicable nominative fair use principles where the reference is necessary to identify the product, only the minimum required trademark is used, and no sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is implied.

Enforcement and Protection

Strategic Ventures reserves the right to monitor trademark usage, require modification or removal of unauthorised use, take legal action where necessary, and protect brand reputation and goodwill. Failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of licenses or access to the platform.

Reporting Trademark Misuse

Suspected trademark misuse, infringement, or unauthorised branding may be reported to privacy@rehab-software.com. All reports will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.
