Introduction

Rehab-Software is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Strategic Ventures. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This IPR Complaints Policy explains the procedure for submitting and handling claims related to alleged infringement of intellectual property rights on or through our platform.

Scope

This policy applies to complaints relating to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, patent rights, where applicable, trade secrets, proprietary content misuse, and unauthorised use of protected materials. It covers content, documents, and data uploaded, processed, or distributed through Rehab-Software.

Ownership of Platform Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Rehab-Software, including software code, AI systems and models, documentation, branding and trademarks, and website content, are the exclusive property of Strategic Ventures unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorised use of the platform’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

User Content and Responsibility

Users retain ownership of the content and documents they upload to the platform. However, users represent and warrant that they either own the rights to such content or have obtained valid authorisation to use it. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Submitting an IPR Complaint

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed through Rehab-Software, you must submit a written complaint containing your full name and contact details, a description of the intellectual property right claimed, proof of ownership or authorization, identification of the allegedly infringing material, the location of the material on the platform, a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith, and your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete complaints may not be processed.

Submission Method

All IPR complaints must be submitted via email to the contact address provided in the Contact Information section below. Please include “IPR Complaint – Rehab-Software” in the subject line.

Review and Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, Strategic Ventures will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe, review the complaint for completeness and validity, conduct an internal investigation, and request additional information where necessary. We may temporarily restrict access to disputed material while the review is ongoing.

Actions Upon Confirmation

If infringement is confirmed, Strategic Ventures may remove or disable access to the infringing content, suspend or terminate responsible user accounts, issue formal warnings, and cooperate with legal authorities when required. All decisions are made at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Counter-Notification Process

If a user believes that their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification identifying the removed material, explaining why the removal was incorrect, providing supporting evidence, stating a good-faith belief, and consenting to jurisdiction where applicable. Valid counter-notifications will be reviewed fairly and objectively.

Misuse of the Complaint Process

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive IPR complaints may result in rejection of the complaint, account suspension, and legal action where applicable. We reserve the right to take appropriate steps to protect against abuse of this process.

Limitation of Liability

Strategic Ventures acts as a neutral platform provider and is not responsible for user-generated content. We shall not be liable for damages arising from the removal of content, account restrictions, or good-faith compliance with this policy.

Policy Updates

This IPR Complaints Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or regulatory changes. Revisions will be published on our website or within the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
